We are an upmarket reasonably priced B & B in Kuilsrivier a quiet Northern Suburb of Cape Town.
We are very centrally located and easily accessed from Cape Town The Airport, the N1 & N2 and the R300 connecting them.
We are also close to Stellenbosch and the popular Wine Routes as well as the local Wedding Venues
We have a number of Golf Courses close by.
We border on Eersterivier, Blackheath & Stellenbosch on the one side and Stikland, Bellville, Brackenfell & Kraaifontein on the other side.
We are registered as a Vendor with the Western Cape Provincial Government.
Braai facilities in front of, and the Lapa; is available for our clients and their visitors.
We are Pink Friendly.
The ground floor rooms are Wheelchair Friendly and they have their own private gardens.
We are Animal Friendly in the downstairs rooms with the private gardens, please notify us in advance.
We are also Children Friendly (our pool is covered with a safety net).
We have Eight en-suite Double Rooms and Two Single Rooms.
Our bedrooms have Safe’s and Fans and are No Smoking Areas.
Provision for smoking is made in the private gardens outside the ground floor rooms, and under the Lapa.
We have a Guest Lounge with DSTV.
Cold Purified Water and hospitality tray is available, at no charge.
Please ask for Ice, as the Ice generator is in the kitchen.
The Fridge / Freezer in the Guest lounge; is for our Guest's convenience.
We will provide an Airport or Bus Shuttle on request at R100.00 per trip.
Our rates are: Per Person per night, including a good healthy breakfast, excluding V.A.T.
R180.00 Per Person Sharing including Dinner and Washing staying two weeks or longer.
R200.00 Per Person Sharing for a double room en-suite.(We have Double Rooms with double beds or two single beds).
R250.00 Single Person, double room, including Dinner and Washing staying two weeks or longer.
R300.00 For a Double Room en suite with a Single occupant (Double Bed )
R400.00 for a double Room en suite Sharing.
R 75.00 for dinner if required.
R100.00 per Trip Airport Shuttle.
Babies up to three years sharing parent's room free.
Children over three years to six years sharing parent's room R50.00 per night.
Children over six years to ten years sharing parent's room R100.00 per night.
Ironing and Washing Service available on request at a fee.
50 % Deposit is payable on reservation to secure.
25 % Refundable on cancellation one week prior to arrival date.
The outstanding amounts as well as a R100.00 Refundable Deposit for Keys and Breakage is payable on arrival.
No Cheque Deposits Please !! Unless done 15 days prior to arrival; Internet Transfers or Cash Deposits only.
A SPECIAL RATE is applicable for clients staying two weeks or longer: FULL BOARDING.
R250.00 For a Single Person Double Room per day.
R180.00 Per Person, sharing per day.
The above includes, Breakfast, Dinner and Washing.
We need the rooms between 10h00 and 12h00 for cleaning.
You may arrive earlier but the rooms will be ready by 12h00.
The same goes for departing; we would like the rooms by 10h00 for
Cleaning, but you are welcome to use the Guest Lounge, the Lapa
and facilities.
There is no hard and fast rules, we are sure we can accommodate
exceptions.
